Menstrual Hygiene
& Dignity
At Laureate Foundation, menstrual health is approached as a matter of dignity, rights, and equality—not taboo. Our Menstrual Hygiene and Dignity Program works to ensure that young women, girls, and trans persons have access to accurate information, safe products, and supportive environments to manage menstruation without shame or exclusion.
Through community dialogues, school-based awareness, and partnerships with local health workers, the program challenges stigma and promotes practical solutions for menstrual hygiene management. By combining education with advocacy, Laureate Foundation advances health justice, ensuring that menstrual care becomes recognized as an essential part of public health and gender equity in Pakistan.
