SINF: Shaping Inclusive Narratives for Future

SINF is Laureate Foundation’s flagship youth empowerment program that envisions a society where every young person—regardless of gender identity or background—has the knowledge, confidence, and access to shape their own future.

The program brings together two transformative pathways—

Gender Education

Financial Literacy

—to build inclusion from both the social and economic fronts.

SINF begins with the belief that empowerment is incomplete without understanding both rights and resources. Gender Education equips young people with the language, awareness, and critical thinking to question inequality, recognize bias, and promote fairness within their families, schools, and communities. It helps them see gender not as a divide, but as a shared human experience that demands respect, empathy, and equal opportunity.

Financial Literacy complements this by giving participants the practical tools to exercise agency in their daily lives—how to manage money, make informed financial decisions, and access the banking and digital economy that too often remains closed to women, trans persons, and marginalized youth.

By bridging these two learning domains,

Consciousness

Capability

helping young people translate social understanding into tangible empowerment.

Our Approach

What makes SINF Distinct

its focus on applied learning and sustained inclusion. It is not a temporary campaign or a set of workshops—it is a continuing movement toward equality and access. Each cycle deepens partnerships with educators, financial institutions, and youth networks to ensure that learning leads to opportunity, and opportunity leads to change.

At its core, SINF is about creating a generation that can think critically, act independently, and lead collectively—youth who understand that equality is not an abstract value but a skill, a choice, and a practice
